Snaaaaaaake! A snaaaaaaaaake! Ooooooooh, it’s a snaaaaaaake!

I believe in Magic

Magic is what happens when you write something with the straight-forward in mind, and someone else reads deeper meaning into it that ties into other thematic levels in a story.  I’d like to believe I was aware of these things on some subconscious level when I write, but maybe I’m just a lucky writer.
